Lexi Townsend is a VR artist and painter who specialises in stylised 3D environmental and character modelling. After realising that VR was their passion at such an early stage in their career, Lexi established Lexi Townsend Art which aimed at creating VR/AR/XR artwork and bringing art to life through innovative technologies. Working predominately in Googles VR painting application Tilt Brush, Lexi created, designed, and contracted for several VR companies in Australia.
After winning the 2018 Queensland Virtual Reality Hackathon and also being awarded a scholarship to compete in the 2019 MIT Reality Virtually Hackathon in Boston, Lexi started their own VR development studio, working on experiences that utilise innovation technology and work with mental and psychological health/functions.
