Ella has many years experience in the entertainment industry, having trained in  Film and Television, then later making the move to Games. At Mighty Kingdom she began her career as a Marketing Assistant, then later became a Product Manager and lead development and strategy of Mighty Kingdom's flagship Shopkins portfolio.

These days she is the Director of Mobile, and oversees partnerships, licensing and original IP development across all of Mighty Kingdom's mobile titles. She is passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of mobile Free-to-Play with the local games industry and building sustainable businesses.
